Biography: The spawn of Saiyans and Humans, Half-Saiyans often have difficulties finding their place in the universe. Despised by the Saiyan race by and large, Half-Saiyans are essentially forced into forfeiting their Saiyan heritage in order to assimilate into their human life. As a result, the removal of tails at birth is common-practice. Forced so much into a normal human existence, finding the warrior within is a difficult task for the majority of Half-Saiyans, but those that do tend to find tremendous success.

The highly resourceful and intelligent race somehow managed to survive in small groups and have since then been reconstituting and rebuilding their civilization throughout the galaxy. There is still a very strong resentment to the Saiyan race amongst the remaining Tuffles.
